Basis for processing of personal data
We treat your personal data to fulfil the obligations we have as recruitment company - for execution of tasks with and for you, as well as for customer management and billing. During registration, by contract conclusion and during the contractual relationship, we will only record information that is directly related to the contractual relationship.
How we use information:
Personal information is used by us relating to recruitment and employment and is sent to our clients for these processes – both for current vacancies and for guidance. We can also carry out assessment of you as an employee and provide feedback for and from customers.
We commit ourselves, as an employer, to report personal data, for example to tax authorities and other public authorities.
Personal data will not be stored longer than it is necessary for the task's purpose (see above), or if it is agreed with you directly using our “consent forms”. Your personal data will be deleted when the task or the employment relationship is terminated and all balances are compiled, including, but not limited to, holiday pay and issuance of specific certificates of employment.
In addition to the purpose mentioned above, we want to be able to give you information about us and about our services, which may be relevant for your profile. We also want to be able to send you other relevant information, and be able to make personal contact.
It is voluntary to consent to further storage of your data. If you consent, we will use this information until you give us information that you want to be removed from our files. You can contact us here: firstname.lastname@example.org
Otiga Group would also process personal information when required by legislation or if you have made a formal consent.
You have the right to ask for insight in, correction or deletion of, your personal data or to limit our access. You can also make objections to the immediate use as well as get relevant data portability. You also have the right to complain to the relevant Data Authority.
