Personal data information is information that can be linked to you as an individual. It can be a name, phone number, or an assessment. You have the right to determine storage of your own personal data.

Basis for processing of personal data

We treat your personal data to fulfil the obligations we have as recruitment company - for execution of tasks with and for you, as well as for customer management and billing. During registration, by contract conclusion and during the contractual relationship, we will only record information that is directly related to the contractual relationship.

How we use information:

Personal information is used by us relating to recruitment and employment and is sent to our clients for these processes – both for current vacancies and for guidance. We can also carry out assessment of you as an employee and provide feedback for and from customers.

We commit ourselves, as an employer, to report personal data, for example to tax authorities and other public authorities.

Personal data will not be stored longer than it is necessary for the task's purpose (see above), or if it is agreed with you directly using our “consent forms”. Your personal data will be deleted when the task or the employment relationship is terminated and all balances are compiled, including, but not limited to, holiday pay and issuance of specific certificates of employment.

In addition to the purpose mentioned above, we want to be able to give you information about us and about our services, which may be relevant for your profile. We also want to be able to send you other relevant information, and be able to make personal contact.

Your rights
You have the right to ask for insight in, correction or deletion of, your personal data or to limit our access. You can also make objections to the immediate use as well as get relevant data portability. You also have the right to complain to the relevant Data Authority.

We use Cookies in order for you to get a better user experience, to gain knowledge, which can be used to develop the website and for marketing purposes. A Cookie is a small file that is stored locally at your PC, and which stores information from our website. Cookies be used in connection with statistics to make the website better, to measure and improve the relevance to ads, or when you log in. it is not harmful and cannot contain viruses or programs.
