OTIGA GROUP AS has entered into a final agreement to acquire the Norwegian company Curando AS.
Curando AS is a specialized healthcare company providing digital solutions to the healthcare industry in Norway. OTIGA AS will incorporate the company into the already existing healthcare brand Agito and develop the digital platform further.
This acquisition will add another specialized segment to the OTIGA portfolio and add another tech company in the group.

OTIGA Group AS has entered into a final agreement to acquire the Norwegian company Vinde Tilkomstteknikk AS with a controlling stake of 51% of the outstanding shares.
Vinde Tilkomstteknikk AS is a recognized player within its industry and has a annual revenue of 80 MNOK. The company specializes in delivering a wide range of professional competence within demanding access installations mainly in the offshore segment. The company is well known for its high quality and broad experience among its employees.
This acquisition will add another specialized company to the OTIGA portfolio and increase the diversification in Norway.

Ved å bli hovedaksjonær i Clockwork, legger vi nå også til rette for at Clockwork og Söder & co gjennom et strategisk samarbeid blir en av Sveriges ledende leverandører av bemanning og rekrutteringstjenester, sier Hilde Lekven, CEO i Otiga Group.
Otiga Group har store ambisjoner om vekst både organisk og gjennom oppkjøp. Clockwork passer godt inn i vår portefølje som dekker alle segmenter og geografiske områder i rekrutteringsbransjen i Norden. Assessit AS is a well-know recruitment company in Norway offering professional services in both recruitment and consultant services to a wide range of large and mid-size companies. Assessit has a broad customer portfolio and high competent network of consultants which offers excellent services.
Assessit AS will continue to develop its professional services and will utilize synergies within the OTIGA Group to increase the footprint in the Nordics going forward.

OnOff Bemanning AS is a staffing company situated in the western region of Norway and has specialized in flexible workforce staffing within the seafood and industrial segment. They have been successful in building a unique brand servicing well-known customers with an excellent business concept.
This acquisition is complementary to the already existing concepts in OTIGA Group and offer a growth potential within this specialized segment.

OTIGA Group AS has entered into a final agreement to acquire the Danish recruitment company Active Search A/S. With this acquisition OTIGA Group AS will increase the footprint in Denmark in line with growth expectations of the group.
Active SearchA/S is a well-known brand within the sector of recruiting finance specialists. The company has existed since 1998 and is delivering high quality recruitments and finance specialists towards the Danish market. Aaltovoima Oy

OTIGA AS has entered into a final agreement to acquire the Finnish staffing company Aaltovoima Oy with a controlling stake. The agreement was signed 30 December 2016. OTIGA AS has acquired 51% of the outstanding shares of the company.
Aaltavoima Oy is a major player within the Finnish staffing segment with revenues of around EUR 10 million. Aaltavoima Oy is mainly represented in the construction segment and have access to a strong recruitment channel in the Baltic area. Their contribution will expand the footprint significantly in Finland and add synergies to the rest of the group within the construction segment.

Söder & Co
April 03, 2016
Personalhuset AS has entered into a final agreement to acquire the Swedish staffing company Söder & Co with a controlling stake. The agreement was signed 31 March 2016. Personalhuset has acquired 29.1 % of the outstanding shares of the company, representing 54.65 % of the voting shares.
Söder & Co is a significant player in the Swedish staffing industry with revenues of more than SEK 200 million in 2014. Söder & Co is represented in the most important areas in Sweden and their contribution will expand the footprint of Personalhuset significantly.
